Every Sewena Creation clock is handcrafted to order — not readymade. We pour each clock specifically for you, which means no two are ever exactly alike. Allow 3–5 days for crafting before shipping.
After your clock is crafted (3–5 days), shipping typically takes 5–7 working days across India. Custom or larger orders may need an extra 1–2 days. You'll receive a tracking link once shipped.
Absolutely! Custom orders are our specialty. WhatsApp us with your preferred colors, size (12", 15", 18", or 24"), and style. We'll share design samples before starting production.
Since each clock is made-to-order, we don't accept returns for change of mind. However, if the product arrives damaged, please shoot an unboxing video — we'll send a replacement free of charge. Machine comes with a 1-year warranty.
