Yes! We love custom orders. WhatsApp us with your preferred colors, size (12", 15", 18", or 27"), and style. We'll share design samples before starting production. Every Sewena piece can be made-to-order.
After your clock is crafted (3–5 days), shipping takes 5–7 working days across India. Total: 8–11 working days. Custom or larger orders may need an extra 1–2 days. You'll receive a tracking link once shipped.
Currently we ship across India only. International shipping is coming soon! Follow our Instagram @sewenacreations5 for announcements about international launches.
For living rooms, we recommend our 15" or 18" clocks from the Broken Harmony or Ocean collection — they make a bold statement without overpowering the space. Our Vastu-approved range is also very popular for living rooms.
Every Sewena Creation clock is handcrafted to order — not readymade. We pour each clock specifically for you, which means no two are ever exactly alike. Allow 3–5 days for crafting before shipping.
Since each clock is made-to-order, we don't accept returns for change of mind. However, if the product arrives damaged, please record an unboxing video — we'll send a replacement free of charge. All clocks come with a 1-year warranty on movement.
