Eligibility for Returns

We accept free and easy returns if:

The product received is damaged
You receive the wrong item

You must contact us within 2 days of delivery.

Returns are not accepted for:

Customized products
Handmade items (unless damaged or incorrect)
Sale items or gift cards

Include a 360° unboxing video showing:
- Full package opening (no cuts or edits)
- Entire product clearly visible
- Explanation and clear view of the issue

Unboxing video is mandatory to process returns or replacements. No assistance will be provided without it.

Delivery & Packaging Guidelines

All orders go through secure packaging and quality checks before dispatch.
If you notice the outer package is tampered or damaged, do not accept the delivery or mention “tampered box” in delivery remarks.

Refunds

Refunds are initiated after return approval and product verification.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Actual refund time may vary based on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Charges for Returns

For handmade or customized products returned for non-damage reasons, shipping charges apply.
These charges vary depending on product size and location.
